The Coordinator Family Services Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of family, children and youth services within the Eastern Region of Perth by contributing to the ongoing improvement of quality service delivery to the community.
Working collaboratively with the leadership team and staff, this position is responsible for overseeing operational compliance with regulatory and funding bodies, as well as assessing and monitoring human, financial, and physical resources and processes.
As the Coordinator Family Services Operations, you will support the day-to-day operation of services and programs across our Family, Children and Youth service whilst ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including community groups, funding bodies and other service providers.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of strategic property management, ensuring our land assets are managed to their maximum potential. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing the Shire's Property Investment Strategy, contributing directly to our vision of being "The place for sustainable living."
Key Responsibilities:
● lead the delivery of strategic property management initiatives
● ensure land assets are managed to realise maximum community and economic benefit
● provide strategic property advice, development proposals and business cases to maintain and build the Shire’s property portfolio for community, strategic and investment requirements and opportunities
● manage the Shire’s commercial property portfolio, in accordance with legislation and Shire policy
