Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
About the Job
We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Council, establishing and maintaining effective relationships and communication channels between the offices of the Chief Executive and Shire President, internal staff, and external agencies and organisations. To be successful you will need to be highly organised with strong analytical and IT skills along with a desire to learn and develop. Previous experience in local government is not essential.
A varied range of administrative and coordination activities will be undertaken, including research, preparation of reports and presentations for the CEO and Council. You will also have the opportunity to participate in business improvement and transformational change initiatives.
