About the Job
An opportunity exists for a creative, customer focussed and highly experienced library services professional to join our team. This is a key leadership role working across the Shire’s Library Services.
You will be responsible for providing a contemporary and innovative library and information service that meets the current and emerging needs of our community. A collaborative leader, you will oversee the day to day operations of two libraries and manage staff to work as a united team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
Selection Criteria
Tell us about your demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the coordination of public library operations.
Outline your experience in leading teams in the delivery of library services.
Provide examples of your high-level and professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Describe your experience in strategic planning for library service delivery.
