Building Maintenance Officer
About the Job
Are you an experienced and skilled professional with a passion for maintaining and improving community assets? The Shire of Mundaring is seeking a motivated Building Maintenance Officer to join our team!
As the Building Maintenance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Shire's 130 building assets are maintained to the highest standards of presentation, use and safety. You will be responsible for the effective programming, organisation, supervision and delivery of building maintenance and repairs, including supervision of contract labour, ensuring work is completed to time and budget, and liaising with other Shire services to ensure seamless functionality of our buildings.
A salary will be offered dependent on skills, ability and experience as well as a range of benefits.

Selection Criteria
