Coordinator Youth and Aboriginal Engagement

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and Aboriginal communities? Do you have the skills to lead and deliver impactful programs and initiatives? If so, the Shire of Mundaring is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator Youth and Aboriginal Engagement to join our Family, Children and Youth Services team.
As the Coordinator Youth and Aboriginal Engagement, you will provide leadership and direction in the delivery of high-quality services and programs that meet the diverse needs of the Shire's young people and Aboriginal community. You will play a key role in implementing the Shire's Youth Informing Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan, fostering strong community engagement, and developing strategic partnerships.
To be successful, you will have a comprehensive knowledge of contemporary issues and aspirations impacting youth and Aboriginal people along with strong leadership skills and an ability to develop and implement engagement strategies. This role will also involve policy formation, program design, and grant funding submissions requiring highly developed administrative, financial, and project management skills.
