About the Job
We are seeking a suitability experienced person to join our rates team which administers the Shire’s rates function, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements are delivered with a high quality customer focus. The role collaborates internally with other team members to ensure integrated service delivery and liaises externally with ratepayers and relevant external authorities.
Selection Criteria
Describe and provide examples demonstrating your communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Outline your experience in working in an environment where you have been required to consider statutory regulations and procedures.
Tell us about your ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Describe your experience working in a finance related field including your experience with excel and accounting software.
