About the Job


An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Improvement professional to coordinate the delivery of business improvement, business process mapping, continuous improvement programs and organisational service reviews across the Shire.

Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, you will deliver real change and be a key player in developing and implementing strategic projects.

To be successful, you will have demonstrated ability to influence, engage and provide direction to stakeholders of all levels. You will be a team player who fosters good working relationships and works collaboratively with others. Having exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, you will respond effectively to changing circumstances and competing priorities in order to deliver results.
