About the Job
The Shire’s Infrastructure Services team is seeking an experienced Administration Officer with excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide administration support and customer service to our internal and external customers.
The position is part of a job share arrangement, working 3 days per week.
Selection Criteria
Describe your developed oral and written communication skills including examples.
Please describe, using examples, your working knowledge of computers, software packages and locating information within online/electronic resources.
Please provide examples of your demonstrated customer service skills, including dealing with difficult customers.
Please provide an overview of your experience in undertaking various administrative functions, including examples.
