About the Job
We are recruiting Casual Library Assistants (recruitment pool) within the Shire of Mundaring Library Service. To be successful you will have excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, be computer literate, well organised and available for shifts at both the Mundaring and Boya locations. Library experience or working towards tertiary library qualifications will be viewed favourably.
Availability will be considered as part of the application process.
The quoted adult hourly rate of pay includes a 20% casual leave loading.
Selection Criteria
Provide an example of when you delivered excellent customer service.
Explain why you are interested in working in a public library.
Provide an example of when you have assisted people in accessing and using digital technology.
Outline your availability during the libraries opening hours. The libraries are open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm.
